Can I still use the main Elite Fit gym or the Hybrid Club?

Yes. Her Space is an extension of Elite Fit, so you’re not restricted to the female-only area. You can also use the wider Elite Fit facilities whenever you choose.

Is Her Space included in my Elite Fit membership?

Yes. Access to Her Space is included as part of your Elite Fit membership, giving female members even more choice in where and how they train.

What equipment is available?

Her Space includes a range of pin-loaded strength machines, dumbbells, kettlebells and free-weight equipment, along with a dedicated cardio area on the mezzanine floor.

Is there someone available to show me how to use the machines?
